Exchange & Returns
At Ishaaa, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.
1. Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized pieces or items purchased during final clearance sales, may not be eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
- If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
3. Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at 0766237839 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our team.
- Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Exchanges: There will be a Rs 350./- charge for exchanges
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize replacing or refunding the product.
